Easy homemade drop biscuits

I got this recipe from the back of the Aldi brand all-purpose baking mix. It took almost the same amount of time as using the premade, refrigerated biscuits and tasted significantly better.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose baking mix
  • 2/3 cup of milk

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 450°
  • Place baking mix and milk into a mixing bowl. Stir ingredients together into a soft dough.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown (I found 9 minutes was the perfect time)

Makes 8-10 biscuits

Nutrition information: will vary based on type of milk (soy, 1%, 2% or whole, etc) and how many biscuits
